Business Partner
We are looking for a Business Partner who speaks the language of Real Estate and Revenue. You will not be a passive account manager. You will be a strategic consultant for our Tier-1 clients, helping them translate our digital leads into actual property sales. You will work closely with our internal technical teams (Ads, Automation, Analytics) to ensure client campaigns are not just delivering traffic, but delivering commission checks.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to create designs that align with user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary growth strategist for a portfolio of high-net-worth real estate clients, translating their sales targets into digital marketing roadmaps.
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, presenting complex data (ROI, CPA, Conversion Rates) in a clear, actionable way to agency founders and sales directors.
- Ensure clients are actually using the systems we build. Coach their sales teams on how to handle leads generated via our GoHighLevel and AI automation workflows.
- Collaborate with our internal cross-functional teams (Media Buyers, Automation Engineers, Content Creators) to ensure campaigns are executed on time and to standard.
- Identify opportunities to scale client accounts, introducing them to new services (e.g., "Search Everywhere" visibility or advanced AI nurturing) to maximize their growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Dubai Real Estate market or a B2B Digital Agency catering to real estate. You understand the difference between off-plan, secondary market, and exclusive listings.
- You don't need to be a coder, but you must understand the mechanics of Lead Generation, CRM Automation (GoHighLevel is a plus), and Sales Funnels.
- Strong ability to communicate value, manage expectations, and push back when necessary to keep strategies on track.
- Comfortable reading analytics dashboards and explaining "Cost Per Lead" vs. "Return on Ad Spend" to non-technical clients.
- A natural networker who can build trust with C-level executives and Sales Directors.
